Screening Interview

Screening tools or screening interviews are mostly used by companies to ensure whether the candidates applying for the job meet the required qualification. Mostly they use computer programs to pick out candidates who do not qualify for the mentioned job or position and in some cases it’s the people themselves screen out candidates. The screening interview does not have the capability to understand your capabilities and the advantages of having you as the candidate but they just check whether you fit into the job or not. They just look into the loopholes in your employment history and check whether you would suit the expenses of their Company

The Informational Interview

In this type of interview, the interviewers would expect you to know details about their company, the group you would be working with and the job regarding which you have been interviewed. The main aim of this sitting is to ask the candidate insightful questions about the particular organization, its future direction, the company’s strategic plans and the details and information regarding the companies human resources and the needs that they will help them full fill their growth plans. They discuss regarding your skills and abilities which can help the company attain the goals and they do this by providing you a platform on which you need to explain them

The Stress Interview

The interview with the best opportunity to come out in shining colors is the stress interview and the important thing about this interview is you should not be frightened when they approach you with questions. The main intension of this phase of interview is that they try to put you on these defensive situations to find out how tough you are at the time of crisis. This is the time when you handle the question in the right possible way and answer their questions with the best possible experience that you have from your past. This interview more openly challenges you on your belief and your judgment towards the work. At times you might be challenged to perform an impossible task and convince the interviewer. You might be given the responsibility to solve a problem using your problem solving skills

The Behavioral Interview

The reason for many companies relying on behavior interviews because these types of interviews test your previous behavior to calculate your future behavior. During this phase the employers use identical methods to dig the information from the candidate which is relevant to his capability in a particular position of governance or work. The candidate hast to indicate a time which is required to solving skills, adaptability, leadership, conflict resolution, multi-tasking, initiative or stress management and these are with respect to the responsibilities of the particular job and the working environment and the candidate has to come up with best of solutions to deal such a situation.

Group interview

This is sometimes referred to as committee interview and this is one among the most nerve-racking of all types of interviews. This would take place in a place which can accommodate a group of candidates and the main aim of this is to find out individual curiosities and the way they interact with each others in a group. The major this is to listen and know that everyone around you is listening. There are times when people start asking questions in turns. Making eye contact with each and every person in the group even though you are responding to a question from a particular individual and this is the best thing to do.
