Jobs Description

1.Responsible for Commercial and SME business acquisition;
2.To achieve the set revenue goals, both in terms of GWP and Profitability;;
3.To ensure proper Risk Selection and appropriate pricing of Risks, as per underwriting & licensing guidelines;;
4. To generate business from the Group accounts and the L & T Eco system;;
5.To work closely with LTF on generation of business from their customers;;
6.To generate business from the market;;
7.To maintain an excellent relationship with the top 20 customers of the Region;;
8.To maintain relationship with Top 10 intermediaries and ensure business generation through them on an ongoing basis;;
9.To ascertain customer needs in the market and provide feedback on an ongoing basis to the Corporate office for developing the required products and services for the market;;
10.Portfolio management and periodical review of the performance of accounts and the business book to initiate course correction, where necessary.;

Desired Profile:

1.Technical knowledge; 2.Good communication skills, presentation skills, and Relationship skills; 3.Leadership skills-- ability to lead teams to the desired goals; 4. Analytical skills to manage the book of business, to weed out unprofitable accounts etc;
