Jobs Description

Research and assess training needs of clients, establish objectives, and design training programs to meet the business and technical needs Ensure appropriate implementation of instructional design principles / theories / models in training programs Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend modifications to the programs as and when needed based on business goals and objectives Work closely with the teams to understand, communicate, and translate instructional requirements into effective learning designs Manage instructional design aspect of multiple projects simultaneously; Flexible and able to shift focus as necessary and to anticipate and mitigate issues Collaborate with project managers to ensure proper training program design Work as a single point of contact to cross functional teams for all instructional design-related topics Participate in client calls / meetings with clear agenda / queries to help manage client requirements (along with PM or as a PM) Connect with internal and external subject matter experts for training needs analysis and content development Evaluate and respond to customer feedback on instructional design aspect of projects

Desired Profile:

Graduate/Post Graduate excellent communication skill Experience- Between 2 to 12 yrs as an Instructional Designer.
