Roles & Responsibilities : -> Responsible for Quality process Development, Implementation and support. -> Carry out internal audits -> Support and training the teams on the process implementation and improvement -> Co-ordinate for Management review meetings -> Good at RCA, Corrective and preventive action initiation Metrics development, monitoring and measurement -> Co-ordinate with external agencies on certification / audit activities -> Exposure / Knowledge on Software configuration management -> Project management office exposure -> ISMS (Information security) Experience / Certification / Implementation is desirable

Desired Profile:

Key Skills ISO 9001: 2008 / CMMi / ISO 27001:2005 ISMS) knowledge and Implementation Experience (SEPG Skills) Internal audit skills (SQA skills) MS Office Skills (Word, excel, PowerPoint etc.,) Microsoft project plan and Software configuration management tool usage is desirable Good Communication Skills (Oral and Written) Interpersonal skills, Team management skills
